Like in the hour glass

How long have you been waiting? I feel like I am running out of time already,  I am constantly on the move to catch up. I feel like I’m am running out of breath already. They say after 21,  you get used to the ticking clock. They say you can feel time going by with a portion of your youth every time when it visits.  You can feel your body letting go of the rope slowly,  you begin to loose hope and loosen your grip. Did they warn you about your mind?  How you start to feel the overload.  How the process of the progressive,degenerative disorder that attacks the brain’s nerve cells, resulting in loss of memory, thinking, language and behaviour begins to stirr up.  Tell me there’s hope,  atleast in the look in people’s eyes.  That I am not seeing  a recheche of what was,  say that this is not a murage.  This life is real and it’s now.
